How do I enroll to MCAMS?

1. Visit the school and go to the SHS Head Office/designated enrollment venue
2. Fill out enrollment form
3. Attach your documents to the completed enrollment form
4. Choose your section/class schedule 
5. Pay fees to the Accounting Office (if any) 

For Transferees (incoming Grade 12)

1. Submit your Grade 11 Report Card (Form 138) personally or via email for evaluation 
2. Wait for confirmation from the SHS Head as to the subjects you need to enroll (might include back subjects)
3. Fill out enrollment form 
4. Submit other documents as per advice from the SHS Head 
5. Pay fees to the Accounting Office

What are the requirements for enrolling?

Enrollment Requirements for Incoming Grade 11 

1. Completed Enrollment form 
2. Original copy of report card (Form 138)
3. Original copy of FORM 137 (school to school transaction) 
4. Original copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character
5. Original copy/Clear photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate 
6. 2×2 ID picture (with white or blue background) with full name written at the back

Enrollment Requirements for Transferees (incoming Grade 12) 

1. Original copy of report card (Form 138) duly signed by the adviser and the principal (this will be evaluated by the SHS Head to determine what subjects to be taken for the incoming semester)

Can I still enroll even when I don’t have the complete requirements? 

Yes. You can still enroll without the complete requirements. Just make sure to inform the SHS head as to when you will submit the lacking documents. 

Can I still enroll even when my voucher has been invalidated (for dropout or students who stopped going to school)? 

Yes. You can still enroll to MCAMS even when your voucher has been invalidated. However, you will be enrolled as a private student and you will need to pay the corresponding fee as private student. 

How much is the tuition fee in MCAMS?

When you are an SHS Voucher Holder or a TLC Scholar, you no longer need to pay your tuition fee. The fees for your private schooling in MCAMS will be paid for by the government. As for students from private school, the tuition fee varies per year level or per track. The schedule of fees can be requested from the admin office. 

What is included in the SHS Voucher/TLC Scholarship when we enroll in MCAMS? 

The voucher/TLC scholarship allows the student to enroll in MCAMS without the need to pay tuition fee. This also includes free uniform, school ID, and access to the facilities enjoyed by all MCAMS students. 

Are there additional fees for SHS Voucher Holders?

There is a monthly minimal fee to be paid for the rental of the books in Senior High School.

Are there additional fees for TLC Scholars?

TLC scholars will no longer need to pay book rental fee as this is inclusive in their scholarship.
